Prices, availability, areas, delivery dates, expected returns, rental yields, and other listing information may change. DONE does not guarantee that listing information is complete, current, or error-free.
AI analysis
AI recommendations, comparisons, scores, forecasts, and voice or chat responses are informational tools and are not financial, legal, engineering, valuation, or investment advice. You should conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, scrape data at scale, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or use DONE to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party services
DONE may link to or rely on third-party authentication, maps, messaging, analytics, payment, or AI services. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
Intellectual property
DONE and its software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DONE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, decisions based on listings or AI output, third-party conduct, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
